GenNext, a workforce development program created by the City of Lima, equips youth with experiences and skills necessary for today's workforce. Youth will complete pre-employment classes before being placed in a paid internship position. GenNext is open to youth 16-24 who are residents of the City of Lima and do not have a post-secondary degree.
